shipping policy

We ship worldwide and offer FREE SHIPPING pan-India:

  • We offer Free shipping pan India on orders over ₹ 500 

  • Please allow us 7-10 working days to create your order and further 2-5 working days for it to reach you depending on your shipping location. During festive season or holidays, there may be shipping delays.

  • International shipping charges may apply depending on the location, Shipping will take about  5-7 working days.

Cancellation of Order by User​:

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, in case you have mentioned the wrong details or have chosen the wrong product, you need to get in touch with us immediately, we will not be able to edit your order once it has been processed for production.

  • For modifying your order, you are requested to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email at hello@houseofcouture.in

  • If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user (i.e. wrong or incomplete details like name, contact number, address or recipient not available or any other related reason) House Of Couture cannot be held responsible for it.

return & exchange policy

Pret Collection (Ready to wear):

  • We offer a one time exchange for our ready-to-wear collection. In such a case, the customer is requested to courier the product back to us.

  • Once the product is received and verified, we shall process the exchange which may take 3-7 working days. 

  • If at all you wish to return the product we can offer you a store credit equivalent to the entire order value.

  • The store credit comes without an expiry date which you can redeem on any product of any value storewide.  

  • Once the returned product is received and verified, the store credit would be issued to you over your registered email ID. At this point we are unable to provide refunds.  

Custom Made Products:

  • Custom made products will not be exchanged or returned. In case of any fitting issues we offer upto1 alteration service.

  • The customer will be requested to courier the product back to us. Once the returned product is received along with the specified alterations, it may take us between 3-7 working days to have the alterations done and ship it back to you.

Defective or Damaged Products:

  • If you happen to receive defective or damaged product(s), notify us on hello@houseofcouture.in within 24 hours of receiving the goods along with the pictures.

Note: Returning or exchanging for reasons other than product defect is a privilege offered to the customers. If any customer is found to be abusing this privilege, then House Of Couture holds the right to not accept any returns / exchanges from such customers.
